Pelangi is worpdress theme that can be switch forpersonal and blogging use.  The background image inspired by the rainbow color.
There are content slider in the main page, i use s3slider for this and switch to Wordpress. Pelangi theme also provide ready ads banner space in sidebar and header layout.
