How to display image custom field in granite-lite theme :
There are few step how to display image custom field in granite-lite theme :

• simply create custom field and named it with “thumb” in your post
• add the value of your custom field with image you have attached to your post, example wp-content/uploads/123.jpg
• save / update your post
• done…..

Granite-lite theme will automatically pulled the image from your custom field and generating image thumbnail.
